Code of Conduct

BookMyHelicopter  enables operators to quote on requests from brokers from around India with the confidence that they are dealing with respectable members of the platform. Whilst we have various measures in place, we also rely on members to collectively ensure a fair and trustworthy charter experience. We expect all operators to adhere to BookMyHelicopter’s Code of Conduct when chartering flights through the BookMyHelicopter platform.

BookMyHelicopter Operator Principles

  1. Respond in a timely manner to brokers and platform activity. Please look out for emails that require a response.
  2. Always act in the best interests of the charter community:
  • Be considerate of other BookMyHelicopter users, and respect their time;
  • Where cancellations must be made, make sure to conduct these in a timely manner;
  • Strive to deliver good service, with clean helicopters and personable crew.
  1.   Keep it fair and civil- Do not engage in any misleading, inappropriate, or offensive behavior.This applies to all your activities, including but not limited to:
  • Information provided on your account and in your quotes;
  • Communication between you and BookMyHelicopter, or you and other users of the platform;
  • Behavior that could be deemed as manipulation or ‘gaming’ of any part of the booking experience;
  • Actions that could be perceived as manipulating other users, including by directly or indirectly contributing false, misleading, or inauthentic content. This includes details and images regarding aircraft quality;
  • Attempting to circumvent the BookMyHelicopter sales process, including diverting BookMyHelicopter users to another website or sales process and/or including personally identifiable information or direct contact details on quotes.
  1. Keep your account information up to date, including fleet details and AOC information.
  2. Manage user data legally and appropriately:
  • Do not make unsolicited calls or send cold emails to BookMyHelicopter users. Taking broker data for use in marketing communications is prohibited;
  • Monitor who in your organization has access to user phone numbers and email addresses;
  • Do not pass any Broker information of any kind, including phone numbers, to a third party.
